Elected Borough Councillor in 2005 of the Desmarchais-Crawford district, Andre Savard has been the main force behind the development of the traffic and parking policy in the borough. Involved in municipal and federal politics for 25 years, he is actively engaged in his community. André Savard sits on the board of the Caisse populaire Desjardins de Verdun and is also a member of the Commission on transportation, infrastructure management and environment of the City of Montreal.
