Richad Bélanger

Île Bizard native Richard Bélanger has been Borough Mayor since 2005. A municipal elected official since 1991, he has chaired a variety of committees and served on commissions pertaining to social and economic development, transportation, infrastructure management and the environment. For the past 25 years, Richard Bélanger has been involved in organizing the community’s recreational activities and is now Associate Councillor of Sports and Recreation on the city’s Executive Committee.
